Our focus is to keep governance compliant yet as simple as possible. We do this primarily by assessing how a board currently works together and should work together compliantly and collegially towards its common goal.
Our founder, Carol Ann Casey, is a Chartered Director and an INED on boards. She has been chairperson of a board, and has also sat as a member of an advisory council, a regulatory body’s investigation committee, and a separate regulatory body’s regulation of practice committee.
