Carol Ann Casey is the Independent Adjudicator of the Law Society of Ireland, the only person in Ireland who holds this Statutory office. In addition, she provides a personalised Independent Reviewer service to other professional bodies and organisations such as for the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. She was the Customer Services Independent Reviewer for the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman to early 2022.
Carol Ann holds a university ombudsman qualification and the Law Society’s diploma in judicial skills and decision-making.
